Lunch Options:

Lunch dates and menu options are listed below. The lunch system opens and closes at midnight on the dates given. We will not order any lunches on your behalf if payment is not made before the system closes.

Dietary Restrictions

The MDE is asking that parents fill out a form if your student has a diet restriction. See two forms listed below. They both require a Doctor’s signature.

Students with dietary restrictions that are not health related, please notify your student’s teacher.  When ordering meals through the school, please note that  Lancer Dining Services does not use pork, peanut, tree nut, or shellfish ingredients and are baked or steamed, mindfully made with fresh or frozen vegetables (never canned), 100% whole grains and a variety of lean meats using heart healthy oils and low-salt seasonings.

Note: If your student has a diet restriction due to parental preference, you are not required to fill out the forms.

P-EBT for Free/Reduced Lunch Families

P-EBT (Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer) is a food benefit available to Minnesota families with children who are enrolled in free or reduced price school lunch program, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) or the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP). If your family is newly entering Aspen for the 2021/2022 school year your Application for Benefits must be received by 9/3/2021.
