Eagle’s Nest

Aspen Academy’s before and after-school program is intended to provide supervision for scholars who must be dropped off at school before the general start time or stay after dismissal. This is an optional/fee-based program. Aspen Academy does NOT offer drop-in child care services. Registration must be completed before booking dates for care.

Morning session: 7:00 – 8:35 a.m. (full or partial use) Mon-Fri, school days only

Evening session: 3:45 – 5:30 p.m. (full or partial use) Mon-Fri, school days only

Grades Served: Kindergarten – 5th Grade – If you have a scholar that is in grades 6-8, they may only register if they have a sibling that is in grades K-5, whom is also attending Eagles’ Nest.

Eagle’s Nest Information

Food
  • Afternoon snack provided
  • No food or drinks allowed in the morning program
    •  Students dismiss at 8:35 to eat free breakfast in the cafeteria if desired.
Authorized Pick-Up
  • Only individuals listed on the registration form may pick up a student
  •  ID may be required at any time
Pick-Up Changes
  • All changes will be updated in School Dismissal Manager
  • Staff will follow the directions listed in the system.

Fees

  • $14 per session
  • Late pickup after 5:30p.m.: $1 per minute.
  • Chronic lateness may result in loss of program access

Supervision and Activities
  • Supervised activities include cafeteria or gym time, outdoor play (weather permitting), crafts, games, and more.
Sign In
  • Parents or guardians must accompany students and sign them in each morning
  • Students cannot be dropped off at the playground without being signed in
Sign Out
  • Parents/Guardians must walk students in and sign them in each morning and sign them out each afternoon.
