Aspen Academy safeguards your scholar’s protected data. We are governed by a set of privacy and protection acts that ensure sensitive education information does not get into the wrong hands. Please refer to Aspen Policy #515 for more detailed information.
We use a variety of digital tools to support student learning. Technology vendors and software are utilized to support work as we help all students develop the skills necessary to succeed in an ever-changing world.
We have an inventory of our curriculum, testing, and assessment tools posted at the link below, and include an outline of the student data elements within each tool. This list is maintained and communicated annually to all families at the start of the school year. Aspen will continue to update the list as needed throughout the school year. Know that additional supplements may be used in the classroom per the teacher’s discretion.
