Before and After Care

Aspen Academy’s before and after-school program is intended to provide supervision for students who must be dropped off at school before the general start time or stay after dismissal.  Eagles’ Nest is only available on school days.  This is an optional/fee-based program. Aspen Academy does NOT offer drop-in day care services.

 Registration: All families must register and pay a one-time registration fee of $50 per family. Each month parents MUST complete a calendar and pre-pay by the dates listed below for the following month. For example, the March calendar is due on February 20th. Late calendars will be not accepted and alternative arrangements for before or after care will need to be made.

Discount:  Families that fill out an Application for Educational Benefits and qualify or those that are directly certified, can receive a discount of 10% off Eagles’ Nest.  Please contact the business office to get your account set up correctly, 952-226-5942, julie.martini@aspenacademymn.org

For the 23/24 school year, Eagles’ Nest calendar selection and payment will be completed on Orgsonline.
