Meal Menus, Ordering, and Information
Breakfast and Lunch Options
We are pleased to partner with CKC Good Food as our meal vendor. Breakfast and lunch are free for all students; however, we require that meals be ordered in advance. Menus and ordering deadlines will be shared with families as soon as they become available. We kindly ask that families order meals thoughtfully to help minimize food waste and reduce costs to the school, as Aspen Academy can only receive reimbursement for meals that are actually served.
We also encourage families to complete the Application for Educational Benefits. This ensures that meal funding is processed correctly through federal or state programs.
Please note that the ordering system opens and closes at midnight on the specified dates. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any changes after the deadline.
If you have any questions, please contact our lunch program at lunchprogram@aspenacademymn.org.

Dietary Restrictions
The MDE is asking that parents fill out a form if your student has a diet restriction. See two forms listed below. They both require a Doctor’s signature.
Students with dietary restrictions that are not health related, please notify your student’s teacher. When ordering meals through the school, please note that CKC Good Foods does not use pork, peanut, tree nut, or shellfish ingredients and are baked or steamed, mindfully made with fresh or frozen vegetables, 100% whole grains and a variety of lean meats using heart healthy oils and low-salt seasonings.
Note: If your student has a diet restriction due to parental preference, you are not required to fill out the forms.
